And Casey Bender and Casey Knips’ results compare favorably to many of the top offensive line performances at the NFL scouting combine. At 6-foot-7, 306 pounds, Knips, who has 34-inch arms, bench pressed 225 pounds 28 times. He turned in a 28-inch vertical leap and an 8-8 broad jump. He ran the 40-yard dash between 5.1 and 5.2 seconds with a 4.75 in the short shuttle and a 7.8 three-cone drill.
But Bender had 33-inch arms and bench pressed 225 pounds 25 times with a 28-inch vertical leap. His 40-yard dash time ranged between 5.0 and 5.1 seconds.
